Art deco through and through, but with the surprising ingredient of a maze-like treatment right inside the geometric deco forms. Quite reminiscent of Celtic or Mesoamerican knot-work art, and very originally functional as it is applied to forms from an entirely different era. The outline font is a certain treat to the eyes, but the main font is just as attractive, with the bonus capability of remaining quite readable when paired with masked illustrations and photos. With a few unicase letters sprinkled in the character set, and extended Latin language support, Naga is one of those display faces that are certain to end up in the tool case of adventure and strategy game designers, puzzle publishers, and book jacket designers.
